Return policy

New Learning Academy services are committed to quality and honesty.
for this reason, our return policies are fair and reasonable.

Our policies take into account the banking costs generated by card fees, and transfers, and so, to that end, any and all refunds will be subject to the deductions of said amounts.

1. The initial reservation deposit requested by new learning to reserve a space on a course is not refundable.
   
   
2. If the student has confirmed their attendance to the course or the course has already started, the payment will not be refunded.
   
   
3. New Learning will return the value of the course, if the student requests it 30 days or more before the commencement of the course
   
   
4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the course has begun.
   
   
5. New learning will return the value of the course if it does not commence on the second start date offered.
