Payment
At New Learning Academy we require a deposit of USD 200.00 to be made at least two weeks prior to the beginning of your class to reserve your spot in the class. The remaining amount of the class may be paid upon your arrival. We take MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Traveler’s Checks, Personal Checks or cash.

We also accept Bank wires (bank to bank transfers) as payment. If you wish to use a bank wire instructions contact us and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with all the pertinent information.

We also offer other methods of payment such as Western Union Transactions. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about payment of your courses.


Terms and conditions
New Learning Academy reserves the rights to admission. All prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice.

A USD 200.00 deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your class. The remaining amount may be made upon your arrival.

Class cancellations must be done at least 1 week prior (7 days) to the beginning of your course to receive a full reimbursement of your deposit and/or payment. If the course was paid in full prior to your arrival, you will be reimbursed the amount paid. If the payment of the deposit and/or the complete payment of the course was made via Credit Card, the reimbursement will be directed back to your Credit Card and you will be required to pick up the 7% sur-charge for Credit Card reimbursements (please consult with the issuing bank of your credit card for reimbursement surcharges)

All promotions and/or offers are subject to change without notice. Discounts are given at the discretion of the administration and are usually issued to groups of 3 or more students enrolling in the same course and/or level. Please contact us regarding group discounts and seasonal packages.

Refunds
Monetary reimbursements of the courses paid are subject to the discretion of the administration. If, at any time, you need to abandon the course for either illness or personal reasons, the decision to reimburse the remaining part of the course tuition is subject to decision of the administration of the NLA. If you were to receive a reimbursement of the course for any of the above-mentioned reasons, this would be for the remaining portion of course fees minus the homestay charges.

NLA Guarantee
The guarantee that is mentioned on this web site will be extended to all participants. If at any time throughout the FIRST week of the course you are not completely satisfied with our teaching methodology, or if we have not fulfilled your expectations you may withdraw from the course and receive a refund for the amount paid minus the charges for one week of Homestay and the class time that you received. To receive the refund, you must also inform the school of what you were unsatisfied with. If you wish to withdraw from the course after the first week of classes there will be no refunds.

NLA Prices
The prices of the courses listed on this web site do not include the course materials such as text books, activity books etc… This material may be purchased upon your arrival prior to starting your course at the Academy.
There will be a USD 50 registration fee and for course materials and learning packages. (unless otherwise specified)
